Wrapped in chocolate for weight loss

Tamlynne started my treatment by measuring each body part and noting down the centimetres.

“You can expect to lose between 0.5 and 1 centimetre off each body part, and you won’t put it back on unless you gain weight through your diet,” she said.

The chocolate mixture was soft and warm, and Tamlynne scooped liberal amounts out of the container and rubbed it onto my legs. She picked out a bandage that had been soaked in hot water and aloe, wrapping it tightly over the chocolate mixture.

“The aloe is usually used for the clay wraps, but I use it with the chocolate wrap to give the treatment an extra detoxifying element,” she said.

She repeated this process up my body until I looked look like a mummy, bound from neck to ankle in warm bandages.

The treatment works by leaching the toxins that fat cells fight by increasing in size. If the toxins are no longer in the body, the fat cells decrease in size giving the body a firm, toned look.

The hour passed quickly, and after being quickly unwrapped, Tamlynne measured me again. Each measurement was smaller by at least half a centimetre, with the biggest difference on my stomach, which was two centimetres smaller than before the treatment.

Overall, I had lost 28 centimetres over my entire body, which Tamlynne said was a great result.
